The famous brand SanDisk has introduced the Extreme III 30MB/s Edition line of SD High Capacity (SDHC) memory cards. The new card makes it possible to record 39 6MB images while shooting at amazing speed of 4.5 fps - complementing the new range of DSLRs (Nikon 90 for example). In addition, they can operate in temperatures ranging from -13 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit or -25 to 85 degrees Celsius.
Hopefully the new cards will available worldwide in September. The price for a start is recommended to be U.S. $64.99 for the 4GB card, US $109.99 for the 8GB card, and U.S. $179.99 for the 16GB card.
